Nsikan Inyang joined Southwest Employment Services in the fall of 2025 as the Assistant Project Coordinator for the Age Advantage Program. Born and bred in Lagos, Nigeria and moved to Canada in 2022 to pursue an MBA program. Prior to that, he worked in the financial services industry for many years where he garnered experience in business development, banking operations and risk management.

Nsikan has a natural proclivity and passion for mentoring and coaching people and being involved in projects that help shape and develop individuals towards achieving their aspirations as well impacting the community. He is very engaging, personable, and highly focused on delivering exemplary services to clients and all relevant stakeholders. Working as a coordinator of the Age Advantage Project has afforded him the opportunity to follow his passion of service to others and helping make the community a better place.
