Charlene was born in the Philippines and moved to Yarmouth in 2014. During the 2019 pandemic found the need of fellow immigrants access to cultural food and amenities and opened up a Filipino/ Asian Grocery Store and Take Out Restaurant in Downtown Yarmouth to share the culture to the area. She is also one of the active members of the Tri- County Filipino Association. She is passionate in helping new comers to settle in the area and be involved in the community.
